The Influence Of Knowledge Power On Network Organization Performance

With the economic globalization and the development of information technology,today's society has entered the era of knowledge economy.As an important factor of production,knowledge has gradually attracted the attention of enterprises.In order to obtain knowledge resources and respond to fierce competition,enterprises have sought cooperation from outside,and network organizations based on cooperative relationships have emerged.Knowledge collaboration is the result of the simultaneous and coordinated operation of knowledge resources,and it is also the basis for the good operation of network organizations.In the network organization,due to the different degree of dependence of knowledge resources among organization members,the asymmetric dependence relationship makes the enterprises that master the key knowledge resources acquire the knowledge power.In the process of collaboration,the enterprises that are in advantage will influence and control the decision-making and behavior of other members of the network organization by using knowledge power to allocate and share key resources.Whether the network organization can achieve the expected goals of the enterprise and whether it can operate in a long-term and stable manner is related to the vital interests of each company member.Knowledge collaboration plays an important role in the realization of network organization functions,and the concealment of knowledge power in network organization also brings difficulties to scholars to clarify its mechanism of action.Based on the above analysis,this paper takes knowledge power,knowledge collaboration and network organization performance as the research object,using resource dependence theory and knowledge synergy theory and combining with related research to construct the relationship model of knowledge power-knowledge synergy-network organization performance.Based on the relevant variable maturity scale,this paper designs the scale of knowledge power,knowledge collaboration and network organizational performance,and the SPSS was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The research results show that the expert power and reward right of knowledge power positively affect the performance of network organization,while the enforcement power does not negatively affect performance as the general research believes.In addition,the study also found that knowledge acquisition,knowledge transfer,and knowledge creation positively affect network organization performance,and knowledge collaboration plays a partial intermediary role between knowledge power and network organization performance.Finally,based on the research results,this paper summarizes some management suggestions that contribute to the performance of network organizations,and can provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to participate in or manage relevant network organizations scientifically and effectively.
