In the era of knowledge economy,technological innovation has become the key for enterprises to gain long-term competitive advantage.The proposal of the policy of "promoting high-quality economic development through science and technology" objectively drives the demand of Chinese enterprises for technology research and development capability.The implementation of "One Belt and One Road" strategy brings new opportunities for Chinese high-tech enterprises to "go global" and seek external cooperation.On the other hand,with the increasing trade friction between China and the United States,high-tech enterprises are facing a more severe technological competition environment.They need to vigorously improve their technological innovation ability and core technologies,and deepen the iteration of their own technologies to resist the impact of external environment volatility.Knowledge,as the key resource of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises,is an important way for enterprises to improve their technological innovation ability.How enterprises deploy and manage knowledge resources is of vital importance to their innovative performance,and the ability of knowledge acquisition and reorganization has an important impact on their innovative performance.Therefore,this paper focuses on the impact of collaboration R&D networks in different dimensions on ambidextrous innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge.It mainly includes the following contents:(1)Based on the knowledge perspective,the influence model construction of enterprise collaboration R&D network on ambidextrous innovation performance.Based on the dynamic capability theory and knowledge base theory,based on the perspective of knowledge acquisition and reorganization of enterprises cooperative R&D networks between organization and internal developers cooperative R&D networks division,through the game analysis and mathematical model is deduced,clarifying the mechanism pathway of different dimensions enterprises cooperation R&D networks to ambidextrous innovation;External knowledge acquisition of enterprises is affected by environmental volatility,while internal knowledge reorganization is constrained by the structure characteristics of knowledge resources of enterprises.Based on this,combining contingency theory,the moderating effect of technical volatility and relationship characteristics of knowledge elements on collaboration R&D network and ambidextrous innovation performance is analyzed.(2)Research on the direct impact of inter-organizational collaboration R&D network and inter-organizational collaboration R&D network on ambidextrous innovation performance.The influence mechanism of external collaboration R&D network and internal collaboration R&D personnel network on ambidextrous innovation performance is discussed respectively,and the relevant direct effect research hypothesis is proposed accordingly.Based on the data of China's automobile industry,this paper carries out data mining and reconstruction of enterprise patent information,constructs dual network data at the enterprise level,and empirically tests the research hypothesis by combining the innovation output and relevant characteristic data of enterprises.The empirical results show that the structure hole and centrality of collaboration R&D network among enterprises and the cluster and average path of collaboration R&D network within enterprises promote ambidextrous innovation performance,and their respective influences have different intensity on exploitive and explorative innovation.(3)Introduce the characteristics of enterprise knowledge stock relationship and analyze its moderate effect on enterprise R&D collaboration network and ambidextrous innovation performance.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of the substitutability and complementarity of knowledge elements on knowledge combination,and then puts forward some hypotheses about the moderating effect of the substitutability and complementarity of knowledge elements on the researcher's collaboration network and the ambidextrous innovation performance.Through the construction of knowledge co-occurrence matrix data,the empirical analysis shows that the characteristics of knowledge relationship have a significant moderate effect on ambidextrous innovation and collaboration network among researchers,and there is a significant difference between exploitive and explorative innovation.(4)By adding environmental turbulence as the moderate variable,the paper analyzes its moderate effect on ambidextrous innovation performance and collaboration R&D network between external organizations of enterprises from two dimensions of technology and market,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.The empirical results show that technology and market turbulence have significant moderate effects on the external collaboration R&D network structure and ambidextrous innovation performance,and there are significant differences between exploitive and explorative innovation.Based on resource-based theory,dynamic capability theory,collaborative innovation theory and knowledge-based theory,this paper uses social network analysis to clarify the significance of collaboration R&D networks in different dimensions.Through index construction and model analysis,this paper examines the impact of different dimensions of collaboration networks on technological innovation performance,and enriches the existing research perspective in the field of technological innovation.In addition,based on the external environment volatility and internal knowledge base,a multiple moderate effect model of enterprise collaboration network and ambidextrous innovation performance is constructed from the perspective of knowledge,and the hypothesis is tested by empirics.it provides management inspiration for enterprises to optimize the internal knowledge management system and deal with the external dynamic competitive environment.On the one hand,the research conclusions enrich the relevant researches of existing technological innovation and knowledge management;they provide management enlightenment for enterprises to reasonably construct internal and external R&D network and scientifically optimize knowledge structure,and provide important suggestions for China to realize high-quality economic development.
