With the ever-changing of science and technology,research results emerge in an endless stream.Human society has entered the "knowledge of the big bang" era with the rapid development of network platform.In addition,because of the rapid development of knowledge,the enterprise competition has gradually transformed into knowledge competition.Due to the complexity of knowledge management environment,the globalization of enterprise competition and the decentralization of business,there is a great demand for enterprises to construct the corresponding knowledge network management mechanism to ensure the full diffusion and integration of knowledge.Therefore,there is a significant way to improve the organization key competitive capacity-that is-under a certain situation,based on different internal knowledge networks to make full use of the knowledge which the employees have already mastered.And providing certain channels and tools for the employees to learn and spread advanced knowledge.With the efficient organization,the enterprises can integrate the knowledge to improve the utilization efficiency of knowledge.This paper combs the theoretical knowledge of the organization's internal knowledge network,the organization of individual knowledge and the performance of organizational performance.On this basis,it constructs the research on the internal knowledge network characteristics as the intermediary variable,and the influence of the organization of individual knowledge on organizational performance model,and put forward the relevant assumptions.The results show that(1)personal knowledge organization has positive influences on organizational performance;(2)knowledge network's structure characteristics have positive influences on personal knowledge organization;(3)personal knowledge organization is the mediator of knowledge network's structure characteristics and organizational performance.According to the conclusion,this research not only enriches the value of the theory,but also gives suggestions about the enterprises management:(1).Creating a good atmosphere of organizational personal knowledge as well as improving the quality of knowledge transfer;(2).Perfecting internal knowledge networks and enhancing the intensity of knowledge sharing;(3).Compeleting the system of organizational personal knowledge and promoting the improvement of organizational performance.
