In the era of economic globalization, the learning ability and innovation consciousness of an organization become the key to its competitive advantage.Knowledge is the basis of competition and employees are the carrier of knowledge,so employee knowledge sharing behavior is often the internal source of organizational innovation. However, scholars mostly explore the antecedent variables of knowledge sharing from the perspective of personal traits and organizations, instead of exploring the factors that promote and hinder knowledge sharing from the perspective of personal psychological security. In the new era,China is at an important juncture of crossing the stage of transformation of economic development mode,on the optimization of economic structure and transformation of growth momentum.Under the background of both opportunities and risks, enterprises are faced with more uncertainties during their development. Therefore, employees in an enterprise will inevitably feel job insecurity. However, the research between job insecurity and knowledge sharing still needs to be improved, and the only part of the research also takes knowledge sharing as a kind of positive behavior or extra-role behavior of organizational employees.Based on the literature review and from the perspective of social identity, this paper explores the relationship between employees’ job insecurity and knowledge sharing from an empirical perspective, establishes the influence mechanism of organizational trust as an intermediary variable, and verifies the moderating effect of organizational atmosphere.Firstly, the overall technical route of the research is determined and the overall research framework is established. On this basis, through the literature theoretical research, put forward five hypotheses.Secondly, this paper collects data in the form of questionnaire, which includes five parts:basic information, job insecurity scale, organizational trust scale, organizational climate scale and knowledge sharing scale.Thirdly,SPSS 19.0 and AMOS21.0 were used as the data analysis work to conduct an empirical analysis on the 292 valid questionnaires collected, explore the impact of employees’ job insecurity on knowledge sharing, and analyze the mediating role of organizational trust and the moderating role of organizational atmosphere. Finally, come to conclusions:(1)Job insecurity has a negative impact on organizational trust and knowledge sharing, while organizational trust has a positive impact on knowledge sharing.(2)Organizational trust plays a partial mediating role between of job insecurity and knowledge sharing, that is,the influence of job insecurity on knowledge sharing is partially mediated by the mediating variable of organizational trust.(3)Organizational climate plays a moderating role in the between job insecurity and knowledge sharing. |
