Study On Ecotourism Stakeholders' In Gongyu Area,Xianju National Park

National park is known as an advanced management system to achieve both resource conservation and utilization.Ecotourism could become a very effective tool to meet the goals of national parks'management.The development of ecotourism is accomplished under the mutual participation of all the stakeholders,so it is significant to consider stakeholders when making plans and decisions.Xianju national park is located in Zhejiang province,which was passed evaluation by Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2015.It applied for loan by French Development Agency in order to construct and improve the park in biodiversity conservation,environmental education,ecotourism,social development and management ability.Due to the large area of the whole park,this research is focused on Gongyu area,Xianju national park.The beauty of Gongyu was found by ecotourists in the end of 1990s and spread through the Internet,therefore Gongyu is becoming a minor celebrity among the surrounding provinces.It is the creativity and foresight among the inland study on ecotourism stakeholders in national parks,which could guide the development of ecotourism in national parks and promote the sustainable management.Based on the literature review,fieldwork,interview and questionnaires,the stakeholders in Gongyu was analyzed,which include mass tourists,ecotourists,locals,homestay proprietors,French Development Agency,Xianju national park management committee.At last,the macro-strategy of ecotourism development in Gongyu is suggested.The physical measures include improvement of infrastructures and environment quality,optimal ecological conservation measures,construction of cableway,improvement of road condition in Gongyu,encouraging locals' participation,giving voice and power to locals,spatial division,promoting the experience,capacity management and dynamic supervision.
