Many scholars have found that quality management practice has an important relationship with corporate performance,But the current findings are divergent.In view of the inconsistency of the research results,many scholars began to explain it from the perspective of contingency.However,As an important part of the enterprise,employees have a close relationship with quality management practices.What's more,employee plays an important role in improving the competitiveness and overall efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,exploring the impact of quality management practice on employees,on the one hand,to put forward effective suggestions on how to improve employee performance.On the other hand,it also provides a new idea for analyzing the disagreement about the current research conclusions that is the relationship between quality management practice and enterprise performance.the human perspective is increasingly valued by the academic community.The employee's work performance is greatly influenced by subjective factors,however,the quality management practice will not only bring the objective environment in the implementation process,It can also affect the subjective factors of employees.Therefore,in order to explore the impact process of quality management practice on job performance integrity,based on self-efficacy theory,this paper introduces self-efficacy variables between quality management practice and job performance,constructing the theoretical model between quality management practice,self-efficacy and job performance.This study discusses and designs the questionnaires about the quality management practices,self-efficacy,and job performance used in this paper by referring to the questionnaires in top-level journals at abroad.The main research object is the manufacturing industry that introduces total quality management in China.Data required by the Institute through questionnaires.A total of 212 valid questionnaires were used throughout the research process,which basically meet the needs of empirical research.By means of SPSS and Amos statistical software,the theoretical model,hypothesis and mediation effect are verified and analyzed by means of CFA,SEM,hierarchical regression analysis,etc.Finally,the conclusions as follows:(1)The core quality management practice and the Infrastructure quality management practices have a significant positive impact on work performance;(2)Core quality management practices and Infrastructurequality management practices have a significant positive impact on employee self-efficacy;(3)Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on improving employee performance;(4)Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between quality management practice and work performance,and self-efficacy plays a full intermediary role between core quality management practice and job performance,plays a partial intermediary role between Infrastructure quality management practices and job performance.
