| The manufacturing industry competition has changed tremendously.In the new era,supply chain inventory management ability is one of the key factors for enterprises to seize the market and win the strategy.Therefore,enterprises need to scientifically and objectively evaluate the status of inventory management through a set of perfect inventory management indicators in order to realize the effective management of supply chain inventory.Under the background of the change of competitive environment in manufacturing industry and the problem of low inventory management ability of B company,this paper further analyses the reasons of insufficient inventory management and index design,which based on the idea of supply chain inventory management and the theory of balanced scorecard.Then this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for inventory management indicators from four aspects of finance,customers,internal business processes,learning and growth,which based on the balanced scorecard tool and the perspective of information technology,and designs the guarantee measures for implementing the optimization scheme of inventory management indicators.This paper guides enterprises to solve practical problems from the theoretical point of view.It can comprehensively evaluate the ability of inventory management,find out the weak links,and optimize the deficiencies.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for other manufacturing enterprises’ inventory management and index optimization. |
