Research On G-bank Supply Chain Financial Business Risk Evaluate And Control

As the sum of the whole supply chain process,the supply chain finance includes the raw material supplier at the original of the chain,the product manufacturer and the product distributor at the end of the chain.Supply chain financial business is based on the cooperation of various enterprises and businesses in the whole chain to provide better final products and services for the market and customers.As a new form of financial business,the supply chain financial business of commercial banks has played a strong role in promoting both the international development strategy and the domestic business transformation.However,with the continuous development of bank supply chain financial,risk began to expose,especially in the context of economic downturn and deterioration of enterprise credit environment,the various risks has had a great impact on the operation of commercial banks.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the risks involved in the supply chain financial business of commercial banks,to study the risk management and control work of commercial banks and to construct the risk management system.Taking G-Bank in S City as the research object,this paper evaluates and analyses the risks involved in G-Bank's supply chain financial business based on the Grey Relational Analysis method.Combining with the actual risk cases of G-Bank in the actual operation process,this paper makes a comparative analysis between theory and practice,and further verifies the accuracy of the evaluation results.Firstly,through the analysis of risk identification and status-quo related to supply chain finance business of G-Bank,based on these four kinds of risks,operational risk,credit risk,management risk and legal risk,the risk evaluation index system of GBank's supply chain financial business is constructed,which is divided into 17 kinds of risk,and the construction of risk index system is completed.Analyzing the weightof the index system,Then,Grey Relational Analysis method is used to draw up the grade of each risk index,and then the final analysis is carried out.This is the empirical analysis part of this paper.By comparing the results of empirical evaluation based on Grey Relational Analysis with the results of real case analysis,the risk evaluation results of G-Bank's supply chain financial business are obtained.On the basis of the evaluation and analysis results,this paper puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions on the risk control of G-Bank's supply chain financial business.
