Research On The Profit Model Of KD Company B2C E-commerce

The ultimate goal of a series of activities such as production,operation and sales is to make profits,and the profit model is to solve the problem of how to make profits.The development of Internet technology and e-commerce leads to the change of profit model.The profit model of B2 C e-commerce is a systematic method of value creation and value realization centering on online sales with network information technology as the medium.Based on KD co.,LTD.-a glasses retail B2 C enterprise as an example,using the methods of literature research and comparative research,combining the theory of profit model and related aspects of the research and KD co.,LTD.data,etc.,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the profit model of KD co.,LTD.,analysis the reasons and puts forward Suggestions,so as to improve the profit model of KD co.,LTD..The content of this paper can be divided into five parts: firstly,the introduction introduces the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the relevant research status at the present stage,and expounds the research content and methods of this paper;Secondly,it briefly introduces the related concepts and theories of B2 C e-commerce and profit model,Thirdly,it introduces the general situation and e-commerce model of KD co.,LTD.,and introduces the profit model of KD co.,LTD.from the five components of the profit model,and makes a brief evaluation.Then,it points out the problems existing in the profit model of KD co.,LTD through analysis,such as blindly adding new profit points and poor effects of O2 O development model,and analyzes the reasons,such as decision-making errors in the transformation of e-commerce model and poor cost control ability.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the profit model of KD co.,LTD.,including improving the company's management level and cost control ability.Through the study on the profit model of KD co.,LTD.,this paper hopes to provide suggestions for KD co.,LTD.to improve the profit model,at the same time,it also provides a reference for the electronics companies engaged in the retail of eyeglasses.
