With the increasingly fierce market competition,the adaptation degree of enterprise strategy formulation and implementation is increasingly important for the development of enterprises.The top leadership of an enterprise is also the actual controller for most private enterprises,and its leadership characteristics influence the formulation and implementation of enterprise strategy to some extent.Therefore,the desirability of enterprise development is the external manifestation of enterprise strategy execution on the macro level and the result of leadership characteristics and strategy adaptation on the micro level.In short,there is a correlation between leadership traits and strategy.Relevant research shows that leadership characteristics have a certain impact on enterprise strategic decision-making;At the same time,the strategy adopted by the enterprise,and to some extent,strengthens the characteristics of the top management.In other words,the interaction between leadership traits and strategies affects the development of enterprises,and relevant issues in this field have also become a research hotspot in the field of enterprise development.Based on this,the paper takes the matching degree of leadership traits and enterprise strategy as the research object,explores the mechanism of the matching degree of leadership traits and enterprise strategy,and aims to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the organic synergy between the two.Based on the top of state-owned enterprises is not necessarily the actual controllers of the enterprise,eliminate nature of state-owned enterprises,this paper choose yunnan private listed companies as the object of empirical study,through to the related theory and literature review and combing,define the definition of leadership traits and strategic,build leadership traits and enterprise strategic measurement system suitability.Based on CSMAR,RESSET and other databases,relevant date were collected,sorted out,displayed and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to reveal the general situation of leadership characteristics and strategic adaptation of yunnan private listed companies.On this basis,the perspective by using the coupling model of comprehensive indexes to perspective on points index using the grey correlation model respectively to the matching degree as well as the two covered by the index of the two matching degree is analyzed.The paper answers three questions,namely,what is the problem,that is,what is the overview of the leadership characteristics and strategic matching of Yunnan private listed companies;The question of why,that is,the reason for the degree of matching;What to do,that is,the high-level private listed enterprises in Yunnan should pay attention to the adaptability of leadership traits and corporate strategy.Through the concept innovation,the matching degree of the two is more satisfactory,and promote the steady development of the enterprise.The results show that both the matching degree of the overall indicator perspective and the pairwise matching of the indicators covered by the index perspective show a lower matching state.
