Private banking is mostly service for the rich as the personal financial. In the recent years, as the financial globalization and China’s economic growth more and more slowed, the domestic banking industry is undergoing a profound change, retail banking and private banking business has gradually become the important field of industry competition.The ABC must change the traditional customer relations management form which takes the mesh point as the core, takes the product as the core, takes the account as the core, renew the idea promptly, auxiliary by advanced science and technology technological means implement "take the customer as the center" the competition and the developmental strategy. And fully apply customer relations management pattern in actual management and operation, in view of the different customer community carry on the market position, the market segmentation, provides financial product and the service which conforms to the different customer demand, develops the service positively, increases the financial innovation dynamics, can hold the small space in future market competition.In this paper, we use the customer relationship management theory as a foundation, and analysis about the Suzhou agricultural bank service system.The Agricultural Bank of Suzhou should consideration much on the local city, and understanding of the private banking customers demand and preference. And make the service system and organization system perfect, and strengthen the product development, it can also build a marketing network, and training the people professional, make the agricultural bank of china be the victory of competition. This paper research on the Suzhou Agricultural Bank of China, the purpose is to enhance the bank of core competition ability and make a certain reference value about other bank of China.
