With the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" program,the production management concept of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is constantly updated.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the single-objective production plan can no longer meet the actual demand.The multi-objective production plan under the elastic production capacity shows higher efficiency in terms of cost and inventory strategy.Based on the discrete simulation theory,this paper evaluates the production capacity of manufacturing enterprises and solves the model of multi-objective production plan.Capacity assessment plays an important role in the formulation of production plans.However,due to factors such as machine failure,availability,operator proficiency and scrap rate,actual production capacity often falls short of design capacity.Therefore,accurate prediction of actual production capacity is the key to the company's production plan.Discrete simulation theory provides many advantages such as wide application range,high predictability and good repeatability,and it has been gradually recognized and applied by enterprises.At the same time,I consider that the capacity of new production line increases gradually,which leads to evaluating capacity many times.So,I propose a dynamic capacity evaluation method based on cumulative deviation.Taking a manufacturing enterprise as an example,this paper discusses the establishment and verification of the capacity estimation simulation model,data output analysis and dynamic capacity evaluation in detail.Optimizing a multi-objective production plan under elastic capacity conditions is a complex and difficult process.Firstly,evaluate the production capacity of the production line by discrete event simulation.Secondly,the mathematical model of multi-objective production planning is established,and the ?-constraint method is combined with CPLEX software to verify the correctness of the model.Next,this paper proposes a discrete bat algorithm based on Pareto to solve the production plan with a long cycle.Finally,the model and algorithm are applied to the formulation of rotor production line in a manufacturing enterprise.The optimal scheme is selected through grey correlation analysis.Compared with the original scheme,the result shows that the method of “capacity assessment--model establishment--model solving” achieves the optimization of multi-objective production planning effectively.
