With the increasing competition in market, frequent changes in orders and shorter delivery time requirements make the manufacturing industry facing serious challenges. How to organize the production process effectively and make it going on smoothly has become a key issue for a company to win the competition. It is great significance to develop a practical and efficient production planning and control method. At present many enterprises in China have to improve their management to adopted advanced method of production plan and control. At present most enterprise in our country discrete industry exists some twist or confused for using the present advanced production plan and control method, ERP, JIT and TOC reasonable. They excessive exaggerated the function of a certain way and unclear their respective range of use. This caused some enterprise use a single way to guide the whole production plan and control. Some enterprise aware of using three methods comprehensively, but couldn’t find their suitable space and implementation method. So it is exists still long delivery cycle and high in-process inventory. In such situation, this paper intensively studied the integrated ERP, JIT and TOC system.This paper found the gap point and significance of research by reviewed production plan and control management status of research at present in our country in discrete industrial at home and abroad. From discrete industrial production plan and control problems, analysis and summary ERP, JIT and TOC implementation status quo and the existing problems by collecting data. Then points out the advantages and limitations of each, and also puts forward the necessity of the integration of the three. After considering ERP planning, JIT workshop homework control and TOC continuous improvement of bottleneck link, puts forward an integrated ERP, JIT and TOC three production planning and control system. Introduction into advantage and reason of integration, models, and key points of implements has below three aspects:Integrated TOC and ERP are used for long term production plan, capability requirement under TOC, and bottleneck identification and JIT board management system. Based on that, research of three critical points indicates the main production plan, bottleneck identification, program and management, especially on the principle of system and operation modules. Based on the theory, the paper select witness simulation software to identify the bottleneck and study the plan board management. Take Shanxi PUSONG automatics as example, after identification of bottleneck, optimization is worked out. Then we simulate the plan board system based on the bottle neck and design the visual interface and analysis the results at last to find out the ways to apply the implement.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1) analysis comparatively the ERP, JIT and TOC implementation situation at present in discrete industry of our country(2) puts forward an integrated production planning and control method with a new idea for the ERP,JIT and TOC integration and simulation implement ideas.(3) Puts forward the integrated system of three key point, and simulation the three key points implementation with example.
