| Logistics in steel-making process is a hybrid dynamic system of discrete event and continue process with physical and chemical change of materials. Investigation on logistics in steel-making process is beneficial to finding bottleneck in process, improving utilization of equipment, decreasing cost, and enhancing competition of enterprise. The system simulation is a useful approach to reveal the nature of logistics system.In this paper, steel logistics are summarized in the domestic and foreign countries, and steel-making production process are deeply investigated, this paper use the Tabu search embedded in the genetic algorithm to solve the multi-furnace scheduling problem at the continuous casting machine. According to the overall production planning issues of steel-making workshop,a simulation model is established, which is based on discrete event simulation strategy (event scheduling method).Because continuous casting production process is complexity, and it is the key to the steel-making production,this paper use GA based on time backward to solve this kind of steel-making production question.It is focus on using flow shop scheduling method to deal with furnace charge combination and sequencing problem at the continuous casting machine. The question need to take into account production constraints, according to minimization of the production cost, a model which deal with furnace charge combination and sequencing problem is established. It utilizes natural number coding method and mutation strategy of Tabu search algorithm by means of the practical problems analyzing. Steelmaking and continuous casting production process is a more complicated logistics process, the traditional method of modeling and solving is difficult to obtain feasible production plan. This paper presents a model of time backward based on process simulation, it use GA to solve steelmaking-continuous casting production logistics problems. This model comprehensively considers continuous casting production production equipment efficiency balance,transportation conflict and transport equipment of quantitative restrictions,production time and transportation time obeying a certain distribution and other constraints, it makes the production planning more realistically and effectively.Results of the simulation assessment indicate that:continuous casting production plans present a higher requirement for furnace charge scheduling establishment. Reasonably arranging for incoming material,steelmaking and casting to balance production logistics is more important condition to ensure successfully continuous casting. When the production equipments appear unusual situations, such as equipment breakdown and equipment maintenance, workers can extend the average logistics time to ease production pressure. Reasonable and timely parameter adjustment can ensure the successful production.Finally, this paper pointed out some inadequacies and outlook for the future work. |
