Excellent order fulfillment capability is a key factor to measure the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.As a manufacturing enterprise,order management,as a direct reflection of customer service level,is the most direct way to improve customer satisfaction.Therefore,improving order management level and optimizing order management are the key ways for manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitiveness.With the further development of the world economic integration,the basic mode of global competition has evolved into the competition in the supply chain management of enterprises.This article from the perspective of value chain management and operations management,thinks the order management should be to meet customer needs and create customer value as the goal,defines the category of order management to order setting phase,both two sides agreed to a basic procurement contracts.Only this stage namely the purchase began to cut in the order management,which will benefit to the order management in the process include the controlling of the order price,order material purchase cycle.Papers take LH order management as the research object,based on the principle of business optimization,using the method of value chain management and process diagnosis methods,taking customer as the center,make five sub business include: the order of product design,demand forecasting,stock management and production plan and delivery schedule to support order management business.To prove that if LH want to improve market competitiveness,obtain more profits,must take the customer as the center,clarify order management is the key way to realize the customer value,uniting each department,let them abandon the departmentalism,jointly realize the grand corporate vision of LH company—to be the world's first LCD manufacturer.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction to clarify the research background,introduce the domestic and foreign research situation,and describe the purpose,significance,thinking and method of this paper.The second chapter introduces relevant concepts,business optimization theory and value chain management theory in detail,so as to serve as the theoretical basis and guidance for the order management optimization of LH company.The third chapter is the status quo and analysis of the order management of LH company.Through the detailed analysis of the company's order research and development,demand forecast,material preparation,production and distribution process of order components such as price,quantity and delivery conditions,the main reasons affecting the order management are found out.Chapter iv for the order management optimization scheme.According to the order management optimization's the ideas and goals,find out the unreasonable link in the order management and order management problems.From the enlarging of order management scope as well as the improvement of order management related module content,work efficiency,cost reduction and management logic,etc.The fifth chapter introduces the implementation and guarantee of order management,from the aspects of company culture construction,assessment mechanism and personnel training to ensure the implementation of optimized order management.In this paper,through LH company's actual situation of the order management,combined with relevant theory of LH orders management made the optimization scheme,hoping which can through the optimization order management,to improve customer satisfaction,and thus more orders and profits for LH company,also hope other manufacturers are similar to LH company will be inspired.
