The automotive industry is undergoing fundamental changes,with major market trends such as autonomous driving,energy conservation,electrification,interconnected digitization and personalization being reorganizing the revolution.Future flexibility and uncertainty are changing the industry base,not just the drivers of change,but also automakers and suppliers.Large multinational auto parts companies have been deployed in China,and Chinese local companies have also developed rapidly.In recent years,China's economic growth has slowed down and car sales have begun to decline.Competition in the Chinese market is becoming increasingly fierce.Hella Group is a global listed family business and an international automotive industry supplier of headlight technology and electronic technology.Hella has established 16 wholly-owned and joint ventures in China with approximately 6,000 employees.The main business includes supplying lamps and electronics to automakers and auto parts to aftermarket and repair shops.In this challenging environment,the development of Hella China needs to actively explore and deepen the changes,find important factors that influence and restrict its development,and adjust the strategic direction in a timely manner.This paper first discusses the background of the Hella Group's China development strategy,the literature analysis method and the SWOT analysis method,which lays the foundation for determining the development strategy of Hella Group in China,and clarifies the particularity of the environment and development of Hella Group.The group is in China.It has reference significance for the development of multinational auto parts enterprises.Secondly,it introduces the development status of Hella China,finds the advantages in the competition process,the pressure of cost control,the low sensitivity to market development and the reasons.Thirdly,it analyzes the development environment of Hella Group China,analyzes the external environment with PEST,analyzes the internal environment,and carefully analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Hella Group's China development through SWOT analysis tools.Explain and provide theoretical and factual basis for the correct development strategy of Hella Group China.Subsequently,Hella Group China formulated a strategic plan for diversification and product development by expressing the goal of Hella Group's pursuit of profit growth in China.By deepening existing products and improving service levels,we actively develop new products,strive to increase sales of new related businesses or services,mergers and acquisitions,catch up with industry trends,and balance the company's operational risks.Formulate the specific content of the development strategy of Hella Group China in China,business sector and company level.Finally,on the basis of formulating a reasonable development strategy,increase culture building,audit the performance of the company,balance human resource deploy,and formulate corresponding safeguard measures.
