| The report of the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017,was clear that "building a modern economic system must be focus on the real economy." Industry is the foundation of the material economy.If we want to revitalize the material economy and implement the supply side structural reform,the industry must be turned and made a good relationship between virtual and real economy.At present,it has appeared a series of problems like industrial overcapacity,the urgent promotion of traditional industry and the lack of innovation ability and so on.Studying the trend of change on industrial capital accumulation structure can not only enable us to know more about the condition and deficiency of varies industry,but also can give a direction for industrial reform.This paper is mainly based on Marx’s theory of capital accumulation to analyze the structure of our capital accumulation.First,it introduces the related concepts and theories,and combs the basic framework of the theory.Secondly,it analyzes the status and trend of the accumulation of industrial capital from three aspects:industrial classification,enterprise scale classification and the region.Finally,the empirical analysis for the technological innovation ability of various industries and the contribution degree of each production factor to the development of industrial economy,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the results of the analysis.Theoretical and empirical research shows that:(1)The process of capital accumulation with the increase of the capital organic composition and relative labor overpopulation,and we should not only concerned with improving the organic composition of capital,but also to considered whether the consumption side of products is already met satisfying.(2)The industry analysis shows that it was a common trend which form the organic composition of capital and labor overpopulation.Analyse from the point of industrial enter:prises,the structure of industrial capital has the highest organic composition of large industrial enterprises,but the growth rate is the fastest of fixed assets is the small industrial enterprise,and the worst development is the medium-sized industrial enterprises;While,analysis from capital structure in different regions of the western region found that the organic composition of capital is bigger than the eastern and central regions,and both appeared the increasing rate of fixed assets is far greater than the increase in the labor force.(3)From the empirical analysis,was concluded that the strongest innovation ability is Chinese technology intensive manufacturing industry,while the worst innovation ability is the mining industry.Secondly,through panel data analysis,the development of technology intensive manufacturing industry mainly depends on fixed assets investment.Labor intensive manufacturing and capital intensive manufacturing industry rely on innovation,while the development labor force of mining industry is still the main contributing factor.In addition,the specificity of fixed assets has a close relationship with the barriers to industry withdrawal.(4)According to the results of China’s technology intensive manufacturing industry-.innovation ability is high,but did not pull its economic growth and labor intensive manufacturing industry and capital intensive manufacturing innovation level is not high,but the pulling effect,so we should vigorously strengthen the innovation ability.The second is to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial industry,to solve the problem of overcapacity and to prevent the problem of overcapacity in other industries.In addition,we should pay more attention to the coordination of regional economic development. |
