It has been 40 years since the commence of China's reform and opening up.As the demands for specialist in banking is growing.Except for the salary and benefit,the career planning policy in foreign banks has weighed out in attracting the talents in human resource marketing comparing to Chinese banks.Especially in these years Human resource has becoming an essential treasury for all company.Bank B belongs to one of the first batch of foreign banks launched in China who opened the first China branch in 1991.Bank B boasts of its high salary and benefit and has absorbed lots of specialist in banking market.Since Human resource has always been the huge assets to the bank,career planning is way to important for keeping the employees.However,cultivating the high talents is a financial resource,time and manpower consuming project,which requires sophisticated systematic of career planning policy.The thesis investigates the policy of career planning in bank B and expose the findings via the questionnaire survey among staff.Meantime,the improved procedure for career planning is provided accordingly.Conclusion:Even the existing career planning policy in bank B includes every essential aspects,there are some flaws found in policy conducting,training,online system using besides the inappropriate management of career target on employees side.Based on aforesaid problems the thesis has provided optimized policy on career development channel designing,level designing and stimulating employees' potential which will be helpful for keeping the talents and inspiring the staff.
