In the 21 st century dominated by the Internet,the close combination of the Internet and traditional industries not only creates conditions and opportunities for the transformation and diversified development of the industry itself,but also promotes the progress of related industries.In this environment,traditional pharmaceutical enterprises have been unable to obtain high profits through low prices and mass sales.In order to get rid of the crisis of declining performance,pharmaceutical enterprises have begun to transform and upgrade their business models.Among them,the O2 O business model perfectly integrates the network market and the traditional market with the characteristics of its online and offline dual-line operation,becoming the transformation trend.In the process of transformation,the level of enterprise working capital management directly affects the achievement of its operating objectives and plays an important role in the improvement of enterprise value.Shanghai pharmaceutical performance improved after implementation of the O2 O mode,this paper takes the company as the research object,explore the effect of the O2 O mode its working capital management,analyses the operation process of working capital management has its advantages and disadvantages of,and puts forward relevant Suggestions,hoping to Shanghai pharma O2 O mode of working capital management level of ascension to provide the reference,and provide reference for other enterprises.Starting from the background of enterprise transformation,this paper first analyzes the theoretical effect of O2 O mode on the management of working capital of pharmaceutical enterprises based on the two theories of elements and channels,combined with the operation process and operation characteristics of O2 O mode.Secondly,the specific effects of Shanghai pharmaceutical working capital management were analyzed through two aspects of indicators,namely,factors and channels,and the operating indicators were scored to verify the above analysis results.The study found that: from the perspective of factors,O2 O model improved the overall management efficiency and internal coordination of Shanghai pharma's inventory,but the management effect of accounts receivable and accounts payable was not significantly improved.From the perspective of channels,O2 O mode only improves the capital turnover effect of enterprise production channels,while the working capital management effect of procurement channels and marketing channels is not ideal.In the operating index scores of 26 pharmaceutical enterprises in the same industry,Shanghai pharmaceutical only ranks the 16 th,ranking at the middle and lower reaches,and the ranking is not ideal,which verifies the conclusion of the index evaluation.Overall,there is a large room for improvement in the working capital management effect of Shanghai pharma under the O2 O model.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward Suggestions such as increasing the occupation of external funds,developing key products and making full use of online platforms,so as to provide references for Shanghai pharma in the follow-up implementation of O2 O model.
