With the development and transformation of the national economy,the people are increasingly yearning for a better life.As an important industry of the national economy,tourism has been promoted by the state as a strategic pillar industry.The development of the tourism industry will bring tangible benefits to the adjustment of the industrial structure,promote local environmental protection and optimize the urban industrial layout.In recent years,the state has issued a number of guiding opinions to accelerate the reform and development of tourism in the aspects of national development planning and financial support for the development of the real economy.Under the background of the era of economic transformation and upgrading of household consumption,tourism is facing an extremely important development opportunity.At the same time,tourists are increasingly demanding travel services,pursuing distinctive tourism resources and a better travel experience.However,China's tourism industry still has a large but not strong characteristics.The effective supply of tourism products is insufficient,the homogenization is serious,and the brand effect is weak,resulting in fierce market competition.This puts higher demands on corporate management to strengthen its competitiveness and face the severe challenges of maintaining sustained growth in the future.This paper takes a private tourism enterprise Jiangsu Tianmuhu Tourism Company as the research object,describes the development status and existing problems of Tianmu Lake Tourism Company,and presents the opportunities and threats faced by the company from the external macro environment and the industry competition environment.In-depth analysis and analysis of the company's own internal resources and capabilities,resulting in the company's advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,combined with the company's development goals,it puts forward a development strategy suitable for the company's actual situation,and gives an operational implementation plan and strategic implementation safeguard measures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.The first chapter is the introduction to this article.This paper introduces the unprecedented development opportunities of tourism industry,and studies the practical significance of tourism enterprise development strategy in this context.It also explains the research methods and contents of this paper,and combs the research status at home and abroad from the perspective of development strategy theory and tourism enterprise management.The second chapter is the analysis of the development status and existing problems of Tianmu Lake Tourism Company.This section describes the company's development history,organizational structure,major business models,and many current problems,and provides an in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems.The third chapter is the analysis of the development strategy environment of Tianmu Lake Tourism Company.Firstly,the PEST analysis model is used to analyze the external macro environment of the company,and then the Porter Five Force model is used to analyze the competition situation of the company's tourism industry.Then,the resources and capabilities owned by the company are sorted out,including the scenic spots.Resources,human resources,product development capabilities,marketing capabilities,business models and so on.On this basis,the SWOT analysis matrix is constructed,and the future development strategy that best suits the company is selected among many strategic combinations.The fourth chapter is the development and implementation of the development strategy of Tianmu Lake Tourism Company.This part first clarifies that the goal of the company's strategic planning is to become a one-stop travel and leisure service provider,and then develop a clear development strategy,from the aspects of product diversification,market development and optimization of service quality to achieve the implementation of strategic objectives.The scheme and the safeguard measures for strategy implementation promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise from the aspects of corporate culture construction,organizational structure adjustment,marketing system improvement,human resource optimization,and financial resource planning.The final conclusions summarize the study and make recommendations for future research directions.
