The publishing industry of teaching-assisted books is confused,and the product homogeneity is serious.Every publishing company strives to do high-quality education content.When the traditional teaching-assisted book publishing is turned into the output of education content,the comprehensive quality of grass-roots publishing editors is particularly important.Tianli Education Co.,Ltd.is a planned comprehensive educational technology company,which is transformed from a traditional teaching-assisted book publishing company to an educational company.It includes five directions: publishing,culture,education,science and technology and media.During the period of transformation,the enterprise develops rapidly and the organizational structure becomes more and more complex.However,the publishing editors still occupy the first place in the organizational structure,and they also shoulder the important mission of educating content output.At present,most publishing editors only know the editing and proofreading skills of traditional publishing.Faced with the increasing number of new business in enterprises,the pressure of publishing and editing work is increasing.Moreover,the company does not attach great importance to training,nor does it have a complete training system,which results in the poor stability of publishing editors and the increase of turnover rate.Therefore,it is urgent to design an effective training program for publishing editors,which is of great significance to the rapid development of enterprises,the realization of strategic objectives and the personal interests of publishing editors.Based on the relevant theories of human resources training,combined with the characteristics and training status of publishing editors,this paper takes Tianli Education Company as an example to study how to design training programs and other related contents for publishing editors by educational publishing technology companies which mainly export educational content.In the introduction,it summarizes the basic theories and references related to human resources training,among which the basic theories of human resources training are adult learning theory,learning organization and Kohl's four-level evaluation theory.In the analysis of the existing problems and research causes of publishing editors' training,it takes Tianli Education Company as an example to analyze the current situation of its training and discover publishing editors.Problems existing in training: lack of formed training system,backward training materials,far from the actual needs of training plan and content,unreasonable time arrangement,and no design of training effect evaluation after training,resulting in unknown training results.If Tianli Education Company wants to develop rapidly for a long time,it must change its original concepts and attach importance to human resources training;according to the actual needs of publishing and editing work,determine the training objectives,design the main content of training,define the training objects and design reasonable training methods,train training lecturers,and classify the level of lecturers;determine the time and place of training,and predict training.Expenditure budget and design training effect evaluation,in view of the above aspects,redesign the training program for publishing editors;finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the training program,design corporate culture,training system and incentive guarantee.Through this research and the implementation of the training program for publishing editors,the editorial skills and personal comprehensive qualities of publishing editors in Tianli Education Company have been improved.It solves the problem of high mobility of publishing editors.Publishing editors can also strive to improve themselves through the atmosphere of learning-oriented organizations created by enterprises,so that they have room for promotion,provide the company with competitive advantages of talents in the industry,enhance the cohesion of employees,enhance the loyalty of employees,and avoid the increase of turnover rate.It also provides some reference value for the publishing and editing posts in the same traditional publishing industry that want to transform to be the output of educational content in the training work.
