Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural And Rural Informatization In Handan

The problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasants are fundamental issues related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,and the top priority of the Party’s work.The modernization of agriculture and rural areas relies on the development of agricultural and rural informatization.Agricultural informatization can promote the agricultural modernization and the transformation of agricultural management methods,help to improve the standardization of agricultural products,providing the basis for agricultural e-commerce,expand the products sales market,and raise peasants’ income,and accelerating rural development Some rural areas have weak network infrastructure and scarce information resources.The development of rural informatization is conducive to improve the quality of peasants,broaden their horizons,improve their life quality and promote the development of farmers.This paper investigates agricultural informatization facilities and peasants’ information quality in some districts and counties of Handan City.The survey includes the situation of agricultural modernization facilities: agricultural and rural infrastructure construction,rural public information service status,information facilities status for planting,breeding,and processing,information facilities of new Agricultural Production and business service organization,and the survey data are analyzed.And peasants’ basic information quality: like as age and education,the way of obtaining information,the demand and types of information,the psychology of information demand.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,the problems of weak infrastructure construction,single channel of information dissemination,low level of farmers’ culture and lack of agricultural informationization professionals in Handan are understood,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Agricultural and rural informatization in Handan is developing now.Although there are many problems,it has a good development prospect and great potential.
