Study On The Efficiency Of Different Rice Production Entities In Mudanjiang City

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has been cultivating and developing a new type of agricultural management system for many years.The main body of various grain production in China has received more and more attention and attention from the whole society.Rice is the largest grain variety in China,and rice is one of the staple foods of daily life of residents.Its importance is self-evident.Safeguarding food security is a key concern of governing the country from the beginning to the end.Therefore,improving rice production capacity and improving the production efficiency of rice production are important means to improve China's food security.In this paper,by comparing the differences in production efficiency between different rice production subjects and the empirical analysis of the influencing factors,the conclusions are obtained to improve the production efficiency of different rice production entities in Mudanjiang,strengthen the government's policy support for rice production subjects,and scale the rice production in Mudanjiang.Policy,organizational and sustainable and efficient development provide a policy reference..In this paper,the three-stage DEA model is used to analyze the efficiency,and the SFA model is used to analyze the influencing factors.Through combing the literature for reference to the existing research on agricultural production efficiency,through field visits and investigation of rice production,referring to the compilation of agricultural products,one output index,six input indicators and seven environmental factors are selected to form the index system.In the first stage,the traditional BCC-DEA model was used to obtain the relaxation variables of different rice production efficiency values and the explained variables needed in the second stage,that is,the input index.In the second stage,environmental variables are introduced as explanatory variables,and SFA model is constructed for regression analysis.The original input index is adjusted by decomposing the joint error term,and the real efficiency value is calculated by the first stage method in the third stage by using the adjusted input index.The results of comprehensive analysis show that the ranking of comprehensive efficiency is cooperatives,family farms,grain farmers and ordinary farmers,and the ranking of pure technical efficiency is ordinary farmers,cooperatives,family farms and grain farmers in turn.Scale efficiency rankingis cooperatives,family farms,grain farmers,ordinary farmers.Through the analysis of the production efficiency of different rice production mains:suggestions based on environmental factors and production efficiency analysis results,strengthen the health investment of rice producers,rationally formulate training content,promote the scale of rice production,regulate land transfer methods,and guide producers.Reasonably treat agricultural insurance,give play to the advantages of different production entities,increase the capacity of rice technology promotion and science and technology support,promote the scale of rice production,and improve infrastructure construction.
