Study On The Formation Mechanism Of Dali B&B Inn Cluster

In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism,the demand for tourist accommodation is growing.As a kind of non-standardized accommodation,B&B Inn is favored by tourists because of its small size,obvious personality,distinctive cultural characteristics and human touch.Dali City B&B Inn started earlier.At present,the scale and quantity are also ahead of most of China.A large number of B&B Inns are gathered in Dali Ancient City,Shuanglang,Caicun,and along the Bohai Sea.The phenomenon of cluster development of Dali B&B Inn begins.Appeared,the cluster of hotel homes has been formed.B&B Inn has sprung up in Dali City,making it a new business card for tourism in Dali.The B&B Inn Cluster is a beautiful scenery and one of the attractions of Dali.To this end,this paper explores the formation mechanism of Dali City B&B Inn Cluster,provides theoretical guidance for the study of the inn and the cluster of hotels,and promotes the formation of the Dali City B&B cluster.In the research of this paper,first through the literature research method,the industrial cluster and B&B Inn,The relevant research progress of the cluster is briefly reviewed,and the research situation of industrial clusters and industrial cluster formation mechanisms at home and abroad is sorted out.Then,the research literature of the domestic hotel cluster cluster is summarized and analyzed,and the current research progress and research trends are analyzed.Secondly,in conjunction with the actual situation of the Dali City B&B Inn,conduct field visits,surveys and interviews,and design and modify the content of the questionnaires through the relevant content of the survey interviews.Thirdly,the questionnaire is distributed,recycled,and the questionnaires are selected for effective questionnaires and rejected.Then through SPSS25 to analyze the data of the questionnaire,the resources,innovation,market,policy,ecological environment,location seven conditions are the main driving factors for the formation of Dali B&B Inn,and these seven factors are classified from the basic mechanism.The security mechanism and the innovation mechanism analyze and explain the formation mechanism of Dali City B&B Inn Cluster.Finally,it analyzes the cluster problem of Dali City B&B Inn and puts forward opinions for promoting the scientific development of Dali City B&B Cluster.
