Study On Formation Process And Mechanism Of Green Agricultural Cluster

Nowadays,the development pattern of agriculture all over the world shows a trend of greening and clustering.The development of agricultural cluster and green agriculture have become the only way to break through the China's national agricultural dilemma.Practice has proved that the formation of green agricultural cluster can not only increase the production of crops by scale management,but also alleviate the problem of ecological and food safety.It is an effective way to solve the resource crisis and environmental deterioration in the current agricultural development.However,there are few studies on the combination of the two kind of literatures at home and abroad.How to cultivate a green agricultural cluster? What is the mechanism of its formation? The settlement of these problems is of great guiding significance to the construction of green agricultural clusters in developing agricultural countries.On the basis of summarizing the related theories of agricultural cluster and discussing the formation mechanism of green agricultural cluster,this paper takes the typical green agricultural cluster in China as an example of the vegetables cluster in Shouguang,Shandong province.Based on the field survey data and using the social network analysis method,from the perspective of green network formation and organization,they are respectively in the perspective of the formation and organization of the green network.The three levels of micro,medium and macro level are targeted at the three levels of cluster main body,network and development environment.The formation process,conditions and mechanism of green agricultural industry cluster are analyzed,and how to organize green network and form green agricultural cluster under the standard development environment through green innovation is revealed.In the mechanism.At the same time,based on the conclusion of the study,it puts forward some constructive suggestions and suggestions on how to guide China's green agricultural cluster in practice.The research shows that:(1)The green agricultural cluster mainly has three levels of formation,including the green transformation of the agricultural subjects,the formation of green network and the construction of green development environment.(2)From the microcosmic level,the various types of individuals,which can play their respective regional functions,gather in the region,enjoy the external economies of scale and external economic effects of the cluster,and have a green transformation under the impetus of scientific and technological innovation and the regulation of environmental regulation.It finally forms the main bodies of green producer,the main bodies of green consumer,the main bodies of green supporter and the main bodies of green standardization administrator.(3)From the mesoscopic level,knowledge spillovers,technical communication and professional division of labor force these green bodies to interconnect the local network of value chains in the cluster,that is,the stable and complex intersubjective network formed by the members of the network organizations actively seeking professional integration under the external economic effect,driven by their respective interests.Network is a green network that integrates economic behavior and social relations among agents.(4)From the macroscopical level,the thrust of system innovation and scientific and technological innovation,the binding force of environmental regulation and the support of supportive policies and services are combined with the micro body and value chain network in the agricultural industry cluster and the cluster,and the healthy and green development environment has finally nurtured qualified green agricultural cluster.(5)The formation mechanism of green agricultural industry cluster is the flow of green innovation in the value chain network,that is,the standard green development environment promotes the green transformation of the main body in the cluster,and then the green network form green agricultural cluster,which is organized by the specialization division of the green subject under the external economic effect.On the basis of this basic conclusion,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of green agricultural cluster in China: 1.Change the main bodies' behavior with scientific and technological innovation,pay attention to the green influence of the micro body;2.Carry out the specialized division of labor combined production and management with the network connection;3.Develop the environment with the standard of green agriculture,perfect the environment of Agricultural production and the production testing system;4.Improve the service system to complete the cluster network,and cultivate industry associations,chambers of Commerce and other non-governmental organizations.
