Distribution Center Logistics Simulation And Optimization Based On AnyLogic

Based on the analysis of the logistics status of the distribution center of k Company,this paper analyzes and improves the logistics of the whole distribution center by means of simulation,aiming at the low efficiency of the logistics operation of the distribution center.Improving the working efficiency of the distribution center,optimizing the design and layout of the distribution center,and rationally allocating the resources of the distribution center,the overall operational efficiency of the distribution center has been improved.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the current logistics situation of the company's distribution center,combining the relevant research data,such as the arrival time of the goods,the quantity of the goods arrived,the processing time of the goods in each function area,the operation process of the distribution center,Distribution center design layout and so on.Points out the logistics problems in the distribution center of the company.Secondly,anylogic software is used to model and simulate the logistics of the company's distribution center,and the simulation results are verified.To point out the logistics problems of the distribution center and analyze the causes of these problems.Thirdly,using the means of logistics engineering and combining the logistics characteristics of the distribution center,starting from the whole,aiming at the logistics problems in the distribution center of k company,It includes the working time of each function area of the distribution center and the overall design and layout of the distribution center,and carries on the simulation research to the optimized logistics model of the distribution center.Finally,by analyzing and comparing the simulation results of distribution center logistics before and after optimization,we can see that after optimization,the delivery volume of distribution center has increased,the work efficiency of each function area has been improved,and the mobility of goods has been enhanced.The feasibility and applicability of the optimization scheme are tested,and the overall operation efficiency of distribution center logistics of k company is improved.At the same time,this also helps other similar companies to improve the distribution center logistics for reference.
