In recent years,information technology has been developing rapidly in China,especially in the application of the less-than-truckload logistics industry.People concerns much about the level of logistics service,and logistics enterprises pay more and more attention to the quality of service and the efficiency of enterprise operation.As one of the third party logistics,less-than-truckload logistics has great prospect,but internal operation of the industry is quite complicated and confused.So,there is no complete manual operation,to a certain extent restricts the development of the logistics industry,and affecting the efficiency of logistics operation.This paper is the analysis of product path of B enterprises in less-than-truckload logistics based on the analysis of detailed study of the four aspects of the product network,get the key node affecting the key indicators.This paper is aiming at the problem of the distribution center of the distribution limitation,then use of Six Sigma management theory to analysis the process optimization of its operation quality.Firstly,analyzes the present situation,the trend of the development of the less-than-truckload logistics industry,and the present status of the optimization in operation process.Collect the relevant research content,put forward the important research idea and content of this article.For the less-than-truckload logistics industry,the existing work flow quality optimization analysis.Secondly,describe the current situation of B enterprise less-than-truckload logistics operation process about four node,according to the research of B enterprise operation process,collect data and analyze the specific problem.This paper focuses on the quality problem in distribution center on the timeliness of distribution.Using the method of Six Sigma management theory and DMAIC model,based on the historical data of the distribution center operation analysis,find out the key optimization and improvement indicators,and then optimize and improve.Finally,use witness simulation software to verify the results.By setting different parameter values carry out the optimization operation scheme,simulation analyze operation data of before and after optimization,evaluate the operation process optimization efficiency,so as to verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.
