On Evaluation Of Industrial Land Intensive Use And Its Potential Analysis In Development Zone

During the rapid development process of development zones' economy,industrial land plays a positive role.But its use pattern is very extensive,and it is not proportional to the input and output efficiency.With the growth of population and development of social economy,land resources' scarcity is becoming more and more serious,it is very important to think how to achieve intensive use for industrial land,and we need to change from relying entirely on incremental land into the inventory land.Based on intensive land use,this paper does in-depth analysis on connotation of evaluation on industrial land intensive use,and built index system of industrial land intensive use.It does some study on industrial land saving and intensive use in Nantong City Development Zone,and discusses policy of achieving intensive use of industrial land in development zone,in order to provide an important reference for the industrial development zone in Nantong City.This paper includes six chapters.The first chapter of this paper introduces the background and significance,and gives review of current research on industrial land intensive use.And on this basis,this paper introduces the purpose,content,research method and technical route.The second chapter is about connotation and theory foundation of evaluation on industrial land saving and intensive use.Firstly,this chapter defines connotation of land saving and intensive use,then it discusses connotation of the industrial land saving and intensive use.Finally,this paper introduces the theoretical basis.The third chapter focuses on the status of industrial land use in research region.Firstly,it introduces the natural and social situation in Nantong City,and then focuses on the current situation of industrial land use in Nantong city development zone.The chapter do some analysis on supply of land,industrial development,management status,and so on.The fourth chapter evaluates and analyzes industrial land saving and intensive utilization level in Nantong city development zone.Firstly,it establishes conservation and intensive use evaluation index system according to the status of the study area.Then it does quantitative analysis on the status of development zone's industrial land saving and intensive use.Finally,it distinguishes industrial land saving and intensive utilization level according to the actual situation of the relevant indicators and development zones' actual situation.The fifth chapter analyzes the potential of industrial land intensive use in development zone.It analyzes the potential from aspects of sources,spatial distribution of industrial land use.it forecasts theoretic potential of the industrial land saving and intensive use of development zone,and discusses the factors which constraining industrial land saving and intensive use.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.Based on the previous analysis of the paper,it put forward some suggestions to improve the industrial land saving and intensive utilization level in development zone.
