Research On The Supervision Of Online Transaction Prices

In recent years,with the rapid development of modern information technology,the network economy,a new economic form,has been constantly influencing and changing people’s lives,it has become a new driving force for China’s economic growth.And network transaction has also become one of the preferred ways of consumption.However,due to the diversification of network subjects,cross-regional network transaction,virtual network transaction and other reasons,network transaction bring consumers fast and convenient,at the same time,it also brings price problems such as network price fraud and non-standardized marked price,which damage the rights and interests of consumers.Therefore,it is necessary for price supervision departments to effectively fulfill their duties of price regulation and create good price environment for the development of network transaction.Based on the B2 C and C2 C modes,this paper starts with the necessity of the price supervision in network transaction,and then analyses the current situation of the price supervision in network transactions from four aspects: the law of price supervision of network transactions,the way of supervision,the supervisory team and the supervisory body.It summarizes the five problems of the existing laws of price supervision cannot meet the needs of price supervision,inadequate cooperation among the main bodies of price supervision in network transactions,limited technical means of price supervision in network transactions,difficulties in investigating and dealing with price violations in network transactions,and generally low credit level in network transactions.and analyses the six aspects causes of these problems,respectively,the lagging construction of relevant laws and regulations,the lack of the concept of social co-governance,the lack of information construction in price supervision,and the lack of price supervision.On the basis of price regulation experience in the United States and Japan,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for price regulation of network transaction,which are suitable for China’s national conditions: first,to improve laws and regulations,and to provide basis for price regulation;secondly,to improve price regulation system and form a governance synergy;thirdly,to build a network management model and innovate price regulation methods;fourthly,to strengthen the construction of software and hardware,and to improve the ability of the regulation team;fifthly,to open channels of appeal and establish mechanisms for safeguarding rights;Sixth,to promote the construction of price integrity and standardize price behavior.Through the above countermeasures and suggestions,I hope to provide a reference for the price regulation of network transaction,improve the efficiency of supervision,standardize market price behavior,and better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of online consumers.
