Research And Application Of Product Manufacturability Evaluation Methods In ZC Company

The manufacturability evaluation is to judge the possibility of the product being produced under the current manufacturing resource constraints of the enterprise at the beginning of product design,which can effectively solve the problems caused by repeated design and repeated production in the traditional manufacturing process.This pre-existing evaluation method can improve product design and production efficiency,and lay the foundation for responding quickly to customer needs.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literatures and production practices,this paper studied the manufacturability of products..Firstly,the product design information,product order information,processing rule information and production line capacity information were investigated and modeled.Secondly,the product manufacturability evaluation system based on the extension and gray correlation degree is established,which consists of two parts:the processability evaluation of the parts oriented to the processing rules and the product usability evaluation of the five elements for site management.The processability evaluation of parts oriented to machining rules was evaluated based on the processability of the extension and the productivity-oriented evaluation for the five elements for site management was based on the comprehensive productivity evaluation of the extension and grey correlation.Thirdly,the axle of a railcar bogie were selected to evaluate the machinability of the product,and the assembly process of the railcar was selected to evaluate the manufacturability of the product.The comprehensive evaluation conclusion was that it cannot be manufactured.In order to solve the problem of non-manufacturability,the job improvement method and clustering algorithm based on the relay race idea were proposed to improve the current production line of the enterprise,effectively improved the efficiency of the production line and solved the problem that the product cannot be produced,and transformed the non-manufacturable into the manufacture.Finally,the product manufacturability evaluation system was developed and designed,and the product design information and manufacturing resources could be effectively maintained and managed.
