To promote the construction of modern enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics and establish a scientific,reasonable and effective performance management system is a major task of performance management of state-owned enterprises in China.Electric power industry as one of our country's basic industry,its performance management system will not only affect the running state of power grid enterprise management function,will also affect the power system reform in the organizational structure,efficient and effective supervision mechanism,the sustainable development of the relationship between the power supply enterprise,and "a strong three-excellent" scale,modernization and informatization construction of company's development goals.Therefore,how to optimize the company's performance management system is an urgent problem for state grid corporation.This study takes the SC power supply company of state grid as the research object,and studies the performance management system of SC company by means of questionnaire survey,literature research and other research methods.Firstly,the paper traces the status quo of the performance management system of the SC power supply company of state grid from three aspects: the current performance management mode of the company,the process of the performance management system and the application of performance appraisal results.Secondly introduces the design and recycling questionnaire,through to the SC company existing performance management system of the investigation of the status quo of the questionnaire analysis,find out the problems existing in the company performance management system,mainly reflected in employee recognition,assessment,communication,feedback,development opportunities,the sense of responsibility,propaganda methods from six aspects,and an analysis of the causes on the basis of the problems,mainly displays in the performance management work from reality,lack of a sound performance management system,the performance culture atmosphere is not strong,etc.;Thirdly,based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the performance management system,combined with the actual situation of SC company,the paper puts forward specific optimization countermeasures from three aspects,namely,promoting the routine performance management work,perfecting the link of performance management system and strengthening the construction of performance culture.Finally,from the innovation company performance management ideas and cost budget support for performance management strategy,improve the staff growth system these angles proposed SC company performance management system optimization of safeguard measures,forming a set of scientific,reasonable and perfect performance management system,promote enterprise and personal benefits to achieve "win-win" situation.This study through the full implementation of SC for the company's performance management work deployment,in view of the low quantifiable indicators,assessment become a mere formality,such difficult problems as poor communication channels,developing specialized research,in order to improve the performance management index system,evaluation system,the communication and feedback system,etc.,make the original performance management system more practical,and improve the functions of the job performance,to enhance the overall performance of the overall level.In addition,it can also provide references and ideas for the optimization of the performance management system of other counties on the state grid.
