Study On The Function And Organizational System Optimization Of State Grid Corporation

In recent years, the overall socio-economic outlook in China has undergone a fundamental change. As for electric industry, the pace of deepening the reform is gradually accelerating. Ejection-decreasing as well as scheduling in energy-saving requires electric power companies to change the development mode. The change of external and intestine environment makes a necessity to adjust and transform the organization and operation system.Firstly, this paper analyzes the change of external and intestine environment in State Grid Corporation, as well as the requirements of grid management model. The necessity for State Grid Corporation to optimize the organizational system is also expatiated. Secondly, the function and role possessed by the grid enterprise in the electricity market are provided for the research on the optimization programme for organizational system in State Grid Corporation. Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper focuses on the following aspects, such as organizational functions, business processes, organizational structure, management and control model, coordination mechanism and so on, and then the optimization programme is primarily put forward.
