Industrial Agglomeration,Collaborative Agglomeration And Global Value Chain Status Of Manufactu Ring Industry

With the acceleration of economic globalization,although China's manufacturing industry has made great progress in recent years,it is still"big but not strong"on the whole.At the present stage,China's demographic dividend and advantages of natural resources are declining,and China's manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges to improve its global value chain status.Facing these challenges,China's manufacturing industry urgently needs to realize the transformation and upgrading of the overall industry.In the process of the transformation of industrial structure,as closely related to development of manufacturing industry,the demand of producer services is also increasing,producer services in promoting manufacturing to reduce costs,improve operational efficiency plays an important role,it can through own agglomeration at the same time,through coordination with manufacturing industry agglomeration mode for manufacturing value chain of rising status make a positive contribution.It is obvious that producer services and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries have a linkage and mutually beneficial mechanism.Therefore,this paper will analyze the relationship between industrial agglomeration and the status of global value chain mainly from the perspectives of manufacturing agglomeration and producer services agglomeration.From the perspective of global value chain,at present,developed countries still control some important links in the global value chain,such as industrial r&d and design,and lock at the high end of the value chain,while developing countries are always at the low end of the global industrial chain.Therefore,the study on the impact of manufacturing agglomeration and producer services agglomeration on the status of global value chain can provide effective policy Suggestions for the rise of China's manufacturing value chain status in some aspects.Based on industrial agglomeration,this paper analyzes the principle and the theory of global value chain and the previous research results are analyzed and summarized,on the basis of the further agglomeration of manufacturing,the agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing status of global value chain are analyzed in theory,the relationship between and subdivision of manufacturing agglomeration level,producer services industry agglomeration level,collaborative agglomeration level status in global value chain and manufacturing industry index trends analyzed,build the manufacturing agglomeration and producer services offer the core variable indexes such as,The relationship between manufacturing agglomeration,producer services agglomeration and manufacturing GVC status is analyzed by econometric regression model.The analysis results show that,firstly,from the perspective of theoretical analysis of the impact of industrial agglomeration and collaborative agglomeration on the global value chain status of manufacturing industry,manufacturing agglomeration realizes the improvement of the global value chain status of manufacturing industry by promoting the reduction of industrial cost and deepening of specialization.Producer services agglomeration promotes the global value chain status of manufacturing industry through the spillover effect of knowledge and technology.Synergetic agglomeration promotes the global value chain status of manufacturing industry through competitive effect and economies of scale effect.Second,from the perspective of the change trend of the global value chain status index of manufacturing industry,the global value chain status index of China's middle and low technology manufacturing industry is generally in a high position,while the global value chain status of high-tech manufacturing industry has been growing rapidly in recent years.From the perspective of manufacturing agglomeration and industry index of subdivided producer services,high-tech manufacturing agglomeration,such as information transmission and computer software industry,has a large increase,but is at a disadvantage on the whole.Knowledge-intensive industries such as scientific research,technology and service industries are more concentrated.Third,empirical analysis results show that from the perspective of the overall manufacturing GVC status,manufacturing agglomeration and producer services agglomeration significantly promote the improvement of the manufacturing GVC status.From the perspective of the GVC status of technology-based manufacturing industry,producer services agglomeration has significantly promoted the GVC status of low,medium and high technology manufacturing industry,while the influence of manufacturing agglomeration on the GVC status of low,medium and high technology manufacturing industry has not passed the significance test.Fourth,from the Angle of synergy between industry agglomeration,the financial industry and scientific research technology,such as high-end producer services with manufacturing agglomeration global value chain of manufacturing status effect more apparent,and low end of the producer services such as transportation,postal ware-housing with manufacturing agglomeration status in global value chain of manufacturing positive effect was not significant.According to the above research conclusions,in order to promote the global value chain status of manufacturing industry in China,the level and quality of agglomeration and collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer services should be constantly improved,and the industrial structure inside producer services should be optimized.We will always take innovation as the strongest driving force for high-quality development,rationally allocate the talent distribution structure,strengthen the level of r&d investment in the manufacturing industry,and expand the high-end manufacturing industry chain.We will adhere to the integrated development of the industrial chain,the innovation chain and the value chain.
