Study On The Development Of Rural Finance In Heyuan City

Agriculture,as a primary industry,is closely related to the survival of the nation and has a far-reaching impact on the harmonious and stable development of society.After years of reform and development,China's rural economy has made considerable progress,and the social landscape has undergone tremendous changes.With the development of rural economy and society,the demand for rural finance is growing.The development of rural finance plays an important role in further promoting the development of rural economy.In recent years,although some achievements have been made in the development of Finance in rural areas,there are still many shortcomings and problems.For example,there is a big gap between the development of Finance and the needs of farmers,and there is a difficult situation of loans in rural areas.This paper takes Heyuan City as the research object,studies the current situation and problems in the development process of rural finance in Heyuan City,and studies Guangdong Province.Provincial and even national rural financial development has certain reference significance.In this paper,the development of rural finance in Heyuan City and the existing problems are taken as the starting point.First,the background,purpose and significance of the topic are discussed,the research status at home and abroad is sorted out,and the research status is summarized.Then,the main content,technical route and research methods of this paper are elaborated.Based on the theory of rural financial repression and agricultural credit subsidy,this paper chooses Heyuan rural finance as the research object,analyses the current situation of rural finance development in Heyuan,and summarizes the problems and reasons in the process of rural finance development in Heyuan on the basis of investigation and analysis.Secondly,in view of the existing problems and reasons,combined with the actual situation of Heyuan rural areas,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:firstly,innovating the financial model;secondly,strengthening the construction of rural financial credit system;thirdly,optimizing the rural financial development environment of local governments;fourthly,improving the regulatory system of rural finance;fifthly,vigorously promoting the development of informal finance;and sixth,accelerating the development of rural finance.Innovation of the service system of financial institutions.In this paper,the main research methods used in the study of rural financial development in Heyuan City are field investigation.Through field investigation,the development of rural finance in Heyuan City has been intuitively understood.From the perspective of Heyuan,an economically underdeveloped rural area,this paper tries to explore the existing problems in rural financial development.This exploration and attempt to put forward for the financial development of rural areas in China.It provides positive path thinking.
