Performance management is an important manner to realise company's strategic target,is a main part of human resource management,and sales as members of core department,their performance management is expecially important.At present,more and more managers are aware of this,and it is an important task for a company to build a reasonable performance management system to enhance its business capacity.S company is a comprehensive company focusing on stationery,office and daily necessities.After more than ten years of development,its scale is getting larger and larger.In order to better respond to customer needs,to provide high quality service,it set up a special team.However,under the impact of the rapid development of e-commerce,the company's business gradually declined.In order to promote the development of the company,it is urgent to reform the previous performance management mode and improve the corresponding performance management mode while finding the way to adapt to the new era operation mode.Based on this,in the collection of the relevant theories of performance management,on the basis of the literature on company S marketing researchers as a typical case for case analysis,human resources for company S marketing personnel performance management present situation and in human resources performance management of each link in the existing problems are analyzed,and find the problems existing in the main performance of the system is not perfect,the fuzzy assessment index,the index design owe science,lack of job analysis;Lack of communication mechanism of performance management and insufficient application of performance evaluation results.Then analyze the reasons for the existence,on this basis,optimize the design of S company's marketing personnel performance management program and the application of the results,and finally improve the supporting measures of S company's marketing personnel performance management optimization.S company build a more reasonable marketing personne performance manageme nt system,breaking simply rely on the traditional way of assessment of performance i ndicators,blending company's new business into the performance evaluation indicator s,screening of assessment index,optimization of index weight coefficients,perfect the result application,supporting measures,from material and spiritual pact to inspire employees work better and help S company to get long-term development.
