Research On The Mechanism And Mode Of International Production Capacity Cooperation From The Perspective Of International Social Capital

In 2013,General Secretary Xi put forward the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative,which provides a new impetus for international economic growth.Most of the developing countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" line are rapidly promoting industrialization and urbanization,and there is an urgent need for high-quality capacity input.China's economy has entered the new normal,and some industries have serious overcapacity.To this end,in 2015,the State Council issued guidance to promote international capacity cooperation,pointing out the direction for the development of China's manufacturing industry.There is a lack of research results on the model of international capacity cooperation in academic circles.The industry needs to replicate the mature model of international capacity cooperation in order to reduce the cost of trial and error.The research on international capacity cooperation model has certain theoretical and practical meaning.Righteousness.By defining the connotation and extension of international capacity cooperation,combing the relevant literature,reviewing the basic theory,summing up the present situation and problems of international capacity cooperation,this paper constructs the mechanism of international capacity cooperation from the macro,meso and micro levels.On this basis,this paper analyzes the transaction cost of international capacity cooperation by using transaction cost theory,and analyzes the mechanism of international social capital affecting the transaction cost of international capacity cooperation.The evolutionary game method is used to analyze the mechanism of promoting international social capital by both sides of international capacity cooperation.On the basis of the analysis of the lack of international social capital,the joint development of industrial parks,the integration of production and city,and the whole industrial chain.At present,such models pay insufficient attention to the capital of the international community,and the absence of the third sector has led toproblems such as high transaction costs and greater social risks.In order to solve this problem,from the perspective of consanguinity,culture,infrastructure connectivity,and political cooperation as a whole,Based on the theories of political construction,social construction,traffic construction and cultural construction,this paper constructs relational international social capital in view of the situation of four key regions of international capacity cooperation in Southeast Asia,Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America.Structural international social capital and cognitive international social capital,this paper puts forward four modes of joining international social capital: consanguinity,literary edge,road edge and political relationship,so as to reduce international production.Be able to cooperate in transaction costs and improve the performance of international capacity cooperation.Finally,the conclusion is drawn,some suggestions are put forward,and the future research direction is prospected.
