Thoughts On The Development Of Zhoushan "One Township,One Product" Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The "strategy for rural revitalization" proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC national congress fundamentally establishes the guiding ideology and working principle for solving the problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of beautiful villages.In recent years,"Shengsi mussels" with its unique advantages,play an important role in stimulating local economic growth,Gouqi township mussel farming has become the important pillar industry,mariculture production has reached 71% of the total output of aquatic products,the ratio of the mariculture production and the fisheries economic output was 54%,for the local economy brings remarkable economic,cultural and ecological benefits,has become a new direction drive Shengsi fishery economy growth.However,there are still many problems,such as unclear overall rural planning,undeveloped mussel industrial chain and potential value,and low income increase of farmers.In order to survive in the tide of economic development,Gouqi township must optimize and integrate mussel resources with its unique advantages in the new era,develop "one township,one product" and create its own brand characteristics.This paper takes the strategy of village revitalization as the research background,and probes into the Mussel breeding mode,sales channel and industrial structure of Gouqi township in Shengsi county.By analyzing the successful cases of brand with regional characteristics at home and abroad and drawing on its development experience,this paper explores how to build brand of Mussel.It is of great significance for the integrated development of fishery industry,the construction of new fishing villages and the utilization and development of islands.It is suggested to make overall planning for Gouqi township and strengthen infrastructure construction,so as to improve the level of public services,uphold the concept of sustainable development,innovate and develop ecological optimization,and achieve overall coordination.In the aspect of rural economy,it is necessary to carry out the reform of joint-stock system for collective assets,strengthen collective economy and revitalize the resources of fishing villages.The development mode should be changed in the rural construction to accelerate the industrial integration.The Mussel industry should be comprehensively improved,including the level of improved breeding,right of cultivation,cost of cultivation and brand construction,so as to promote its comprehensive development.In terms of basic security,we will explore new insurancemethods,improve the diversified system of aquaculture insurance,and provide a boost to the construction of "one township,one product" beautiful fishing villages.
