Research On The Path Of Prevent Re-poverty Based On Revitalization Of Rural Industry

It is essential for the Communist Party of China to eradicate poverty,improve the people's livelihood,achieve common prosperity and be the essential requirement of socialism.40 years of reform and opening-up,China's poverty alleviation and development career has achieved remarkable achievement,especially since the eighteenth congress,comrade xi as the core of the CPC central committee attaches great importance to poverty alleviation and development,anti-poverty crucial to rise to the height of national strategy,the implementation of accurate,precise anti-poverty strategy for poverty alleviation,overcome all the way hard,made one after another victory by phases,laid a solid foundation for completely win battle poverty.However,while the cause of poverty alleviation and development in China has made brilliant achievements,there are also some practical problems,such as unstable poverty alleviation achievements,interwoven poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,and serious poverty alleviation.The problem of poverty alleviation has become a serious obstacle to further consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and development,eradicating absolute poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.How to prevent poverty effectively and consolidate the results of poverty alleviation has become an important problem that needs to be solved.Many experts and scholars in the theoretical circle have realized the importance of this problem,carried out a lot of work on it,and put forward many useful Suggestions on how to prevent poverty.Combined with these views,this paper holds that although there are many ways to prevent poverty,the fundamental way to prevent poverty is to strengthen the "hematopoietic function" and stimulate the "endogenous driving force" of poor areas and people through vigorous development of rural industries.On October 18,2017,xi jinping in the party's general secretary 19 big report for the first time put forward the strategy of rejuvenating "country",and "industry" in the first place,prominent industry revitalization of the revitalization of the important position in the country,this for us to prevent Chinese,completely win out of poverty for the battle is a major historical opportunity.How to grasp this opportunity and how to prevent poverty effectively by promoting the revitalization of rural industries will be an important research topic.Based on the above understanding,this paper attempts to explore an effective way to prevent poverty from the perspective of rural industrial revitalization.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of rural industrial revitalization and poverty prevention.The second part summarizes the main achievements of poverty alleviation and development in China and sorts out the basic status quo,characteristics and harms of poverty alleviation.The third part analyzes the causes of poverty return based on rural industry: low agricultural labor productivity,low income level of poverty-stricken farmers;Agricultural risks,poverty alleviation farmers income instability;Rural industrial integration is low,poverty alleviation population lack of income channels;Lack of a reasonable mechanism of interest connection,rural industrial development and poverty alleviation population income is not high degree of correlation.The fourth part summarizes the successful experience of the development of rural industry in Japan and Korea and puts forward some enlightenment to the revitalization of rural industry in China.In view of the above reasons,based on the successful experience of rural industry development in Japan and South Korea,the fifth part puts forward some Suggestions on the way to prevent poverty return based on the revitalization of rural industry.We will improve the system of agricultural support and protection to ensure steady incomes of poverty-stricken rural households.We will promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,and expand channels for increasing incomes of people who have been lifted out of poverty.We will improve the mechanism for linking interests and ensure that people living in poverty share the fruits of industrial development.
