| After more than 20 years of development,Gree Electric has become a leading enterprise in the home appliance industry.In order to continue to maintain stable growth in the fierce competition of home appliances,it is based on the strategy of the company to analyze the financial statements of Gree Electric Appliance.Particularly important.Gree Electric Appliances should accurately understand the competitive environment of home appliances and its own advantages and disadvantages.At the same time,it should deeply analyze the financial statements of enterprises,so as to understand and master the current business results and financial changes of enterprises,and comprehensively examine the relationship between enterprises and competitors.Strengths and weaknesses in order to make improvements and adjustments in a timely manner.This paper first understands the operation status of Gree Electric Appliances,then applies the Harvard analysis framework to conduct financial analysis of Gree Electric Appliances,and uses the Porter Five Forces model to analyze the environment of the home appliance industry at the strategic level,and draws the threat of competitors,buyers and substitutes in the industry against Gree Electric Appliances.Smaller,the supplier’s bargaining power,the existing competitors in the industry have a greater threat to Gree Electric.Using SWOT analysis to understand the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Gree Electric,it is found that Gree’s air-conditioning products are more profitable than their peers.Other companies in the industry,but the degree of product diversification and competitiveness in overseas markets are weaker than that of Midea Group and Qingdao Haier.In the aspect of accounting analysis,the analysis of Gree Electric’s key accounting policies and accounting estimates to evaluate the true degree of Gree’s financial data and the objective degree of Gree’s operating conditions,thereby improving the reliability of financial analysis conclusions;in financial analysis,Vertically,Gree Electric’s balance sheet,profit statement and cash flow statement for the past five years were analyzed.At the same time,with the aid of ratio analysis,the operational capacity,solvency and profitability of Gree and competitors were compared.The profitability is good,but the operating capacity is poor,the dividend distribution policy is radical,and the short-term debt repayment pressure is increasing.Greecan improve its own deficiencies by deepening diversified development,accelerating the layout of overseas markets,improving asset management capabilities,improving capital structure,and selecting diversified dividend distribution policies.It is hoped that through the above research,the common problems of home appliance enterprises will be solved,thus promoting the good development of the home appliance industry. |
