With the improvement of people's economic level,the material needs also increases.In the 1980 s,air conditioner and other household appliances,which are very rare,have become the standard of basic life.With the rapid development of household appliances industry and the gradual increase of brands,as enterprises themselves,how to conduct comprehensive financial analysis through basic data such as financial statements,how to strengthen internal management and strengthen their competitive advantages,how to ensure the status of the industry has become the key to its development.This paper chooses Zhuhai Gree Electrical Appliances Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " Gree Electrical Appliances")as the leading enterprise of household appliances industry as the case object,through the Harvard framework,from the four perspectives of strategy,accounting,finance and prospects,carries out in-depth and comprehensive financial analysis.The first part of this paper is the research background,research significance and literature review at home and abroad.In the second part,the theoretical basis and function of Harvard Framework are introduced.The third part is also the key analysis chapter of this case,through PEST and Porter's Five Forces to analyze the development strategy of Gree Electric Appliances;through financial statements,accounting information quality evaluation and other accounting analysis;through the debt-paying ability,operating ability and other financial indicators to analyze the financial situation,select other enterprises in the household appliances industry for horizontal comparison.;finally,it uses the valuation model and forecast to forecast the future development of the enterprise macroscopically.The fourth part of the case puts forward financial optimization suggestions for enterprises in four aspects of Harvard analysis framework.The fifth part is the summary and deficiency of this paper.In the process of multi-angle financial analysis of Gree Electric Appliances,on the one hand,we should gradually strengthen the diversity of products and disperse risks;improve the quality of accounting information,ensure the responsibility of enterprises and the information reliability of external investors;continue to maintain the patent technology development,ensure the advantages of technological innovation;optimize the financial management model in an all-round way.
