Research On Financial Risk Management Of Tencent Company

With the rapid integration of the world economy,Chinese enterprises are increasingly affected by the overall trend of the world economy.After the 2008 financial crisis,the economic environment of many Chinese enterprises is in trouble,and even faces the crisis of survival.While the daily development of the company,finding problems in financial risk management,improving financial risk control and prevention mechanism,timely provision of early warning,so that enterprises can deal with them in advance.Has became the main concern of corporate financial managers.Internet enterprises now have a very high profitability,very fast development speed and development potential.Therefore,the issue of financial risk management aspect cannot be ignored.This paper takes Tencent as the main research body,and studies the financial risk management process of the company.First of all,this paper summarizes the related research at home and abroad,including the related concepts and theoretical methods of financial risk management,and then expounds the research framework and methods of the article to lay a theoretical foundation.Secondly,brief introduction of Tencent and its main business system and the basic financial situation of 2009-2018,including assets and liabilities,profits,cash flow.Then,the main financial data of Tencent company are analyzed,and the related indicators of financial risk are selected to identify the financial risk of Tencent company,and it is concluded that Tencent faces financing risk and investment risk and so on.Then the identified financial risk is comprehensively evaluated by entropy method and efficiency coefficient method,and the trend of financial risk is analyzed.Finally,the corresponding measures to improve the financial risk control of Tencent are put forward,and the corresponding conclusions are obtained through the research on the financial risk management of Tencent Company.This paper uses the financial risk management analysis of Tencent Company,combined with its own characteristics,as well as the Internet environment,can provide an effective reference for the long-term development of Tencent,but also for other Internet enterprises to provide reasonable reference.
