In western mature capital markets,many important factors for enterprise development are explored,such as corporate internal governance,innovation ability and internal control.Among them.equity incentive has been an important means for many companies to promote enterprise developnent,and has been implemented,applied and improved by listed companies.Equity incentive is an incentive method used b)company shareholders to create wealth value for the compan} and bring economic benefits to company owners.In this way,the listed company enables the management personnel,technical staff and enterprise shareholders to share common interests with each other,so as to solve the principal-agent problem between the shareholders and the management,eliminate the problems caused by the separation of operation and management rights,and optimize the corporate governance structure.Enterprise development needs internal and external challenges,the good internal governance for the company development has a positive effect,equity incentive can have positive effects on internal governance,give full play to the internal employees to attracting external talents and at the same time,arouse the enthusiasm of talent and engaged to the greatest extent,stimulate the talents development ability to innovate,constantly improve the product/service competitive capacity,improving the quality of company products and services,make people continue to contribute for the company long-term development,realize the company high quality sustainable development in an all-round way.In China's capital market enterprises often adopt incentive measures to motivate their talents in their daily operations,but there are few successful cases of companies driving their sustainable development through long-term and large-scale incentives.As a representative enterprise in the field of software sendees,hande information company has implemented the equity incentive plan every year since it went public.The number and scope of incentive for talents at the company level are very large,and the performance assessment indicators set by the plan can be effectively exceeded,and the company's overall business performance has shown a significant increase.Based on the han information company as the research object,through the case analysis method,in 2011-2017 financial data in enterprise,incentive plan,comb a listed company after the implementation of all incentive schemes,and its effects,from the enterprise growth ability,operation ability,profitability,scale expansion ability,talent quality,innovation and enterprise value seven dimensions to the company after the implementation of equity incentive impact on enterprise development ability were analyzed,and the analysis and evaluation the indicators to measure enterprise development ability.It can be seen from the case that the sustainable and reasonable equity incentive plan can well promote the development of the enterprise.The financial and non-financial performance indicators of the development ability shou a significant increase,and the enterprise value shows an overall increase momentum.This paper analyzes the incentive plan of hande company in detail,and provides practical reference significance for domestic listed companies in the design and improvement of incentive plan,so as to boost the growth and development of enterprises and contribute to the development of socialist operation in the newsituation.
