China's consumer credit originated from China construction bank.In 1984,the country began to implement the housing reform policy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the policy,the concept of consumer credit was introduced from abroad for the first time.From the construction bank for the first time for personal housing mortgage loans,commercial Banks consumer credit business has also formally developed.At present,the consumer credit market is in the stage of innovation and adjustment,and more and more non-financial institutions have entered this field,which has brought huge impact to traditional financial institutions.In order to maintain their own advantages,commercial Banks try to attract online customers and provide follow-up financial services by building their own e-commerce platforms.Meanwhile,e-commerce platforms also encounter bottlenecks in the development of personal consumer credit.Can the two sides reach a cooperative relationship and achieve mutual benefit? How to solve this problem is of great significance to the future development of personal consumption credit business.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status and scale of personal consumption credit business of e-commerce enterprises and commercial Banks,and concludes that the two sides have problems such as limited capital investment channels,imperfect user credit evaluation system,low utilization rate of personal information and single product form,after studying the existing domestic and foreign literature and the current situation,it is found that there is a basis for cooperation between the two sides.Then,in order to promote win-win cooperation,based on the typical cases,jingdong group and the industrial and commercial bank as the research object,the development of the personal consumption credit business scale,business model and so on to conduct a comprehensive elaboration,and by comparing different credit products with the same industry,it is concluded that the two sides respectively exists when developing business capital chain tension,credit risk is higher and thepropaganda is not enough,such as the limited electricity business problems.In order to solve these problems,the two sides launched icbc xiaobai,icbc jd joint credit card and other cooperative businesses,but the results were not satisfactory.Then,this paper improves the forms of cooperation from the perspectives of capital financing and information integration.It is believed that icbc can intervene in the review process of jd ious,improve the credit evaluation system of jd users,and transfer idle funds to jd for profits,so as to achieve a win-win situation for both parties.Finally,the paper puts forward Suggestions for the sustainable development of the cooperation between e-commerce enterprises and commercial Banks from the aspects of credit investigation system,investment channels,regulatory system and so on.
