A Case Study On Mobike's Profit Model

In 2018,various shared products such as sharable chargers,shared bikes,shared umbrellas,and shared BMWs have sprung up and stabilized with the booming of the sharing economy.And the sharing economy will play a broader and irreplaceable role in future economic development.The shared economy model represented by shared bikes has an increasing advantage over the traditional exchange economy model such as solving overcapacity problems and promoting industrial systems.It improves people's daily life harmonically and economically.However,the current academic research on the profit model of the sharing economy is not rich enough.The research results of the sharing economy profit model are not enough for reference.Based on this situation,this paper studies the profit model of Mobike.This paper analyzed and explored the characteristics of the business process and the causes of the Mobike's business and operational dilemma in detail.The paper also proposes corresponding improvement strategies for these problems.Aiming of improving the current manage and develop problems of shared bikes,and promoting the development of the bike-sharing industry and promoting the solution of its industry problems through research conclusions.The research finds that there are a series of problems such as capital turnover and insufficient utilization in the bike-sharing industry.The emergence of these problems has seriously affected the rapid and stable development of the bike-shring industry and even the sharing economy.Therefore,this paper investigates the reasons for their formation,and provides some suggestions for other shared cycling companies and other shared product industries reference from two aspects,which the company's own business and drawing on the advantages of other bike-sharing companies.The research results are of great guiding significance for bikes or other industries in the entire sharing economy.
