Research On Growth Of The Jin Jiang Co.,Ltd. Based On Factor Analysis

China's national economy has always maintained a sustained growth trend,and the people's living standards have also been greatly improved,which has brought huge development opportunities for listed companies in the hotel industry.However,with the increasingly fierce economic globalization,China's opening up to the outside world has continued to deepen,and a large number of international hotel groups have entered the mainland market,which have brought tremendous pressure on the development of listed companies in the Chinese hotel industry.It is of practical significance to study the growth evaluation of listed companies in the hotel industry if they want to calmly face pressure and seize opportunities to make listed companies in the hotel industry stand out in the competitive market environment.This paper takes Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotel Development Co.,Ltd.as the research object,uses factor analysis method to evaluate its growth,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages in the growth process,and provides its growth promotion strategy.First of all,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance,analyzes and evaluates the research status at home and abroad,and sorts out relevant theories.Secondly,the paper introduces the business development and governance level of Jin Jiang.Thirdly,based on the reference of relevant research experience at home and abroad,and combined with the characteristics of the hotel industry and Jin Jiang,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the growth of Jin Jiang including financial indicators and non-financial indicators.Finally,this paper selects the data of listed companies in the hotel industry from 2013 to 2017.With the help of SPSS,the paper uses the factor analysis method to obtain the Jin Jiang's growth comprehensive score.The research results show that:according to the criteria for the growth of enterprises,Jin Jiang is a medium-growth enterprise in the hotel industry;Jin Jiang is deficient in debt paying ability;The growth of Jin Jiang should be improved by reducing debt,increasing asset utilization rate,reasonable expansion,optimizing business structure,grasping the pattern of the hotel industry,expanding business scope and breaking through cultural barriers to increase hotel occupancy.This study is expected to promote the growth of Jin Jiang,improve their growth quality,andprovide reference for other enterprises.
