Research On The Coordinated Development Of Urban And Rural Areas And Their Temporal And Spatial Differences In Shandong Province

The relationship between urban and rural areas is one of the key points affecting the sustainable and healthy development of our society.The essence of coordinated development between urban and rural areas is a spatial economic process in which the synergy between urban and rural areas is increasingly strengthened.The goal is to gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,optimize the allocation of resources between urban and rural areas and the flow of various factors,so that urban and rural areas interact well in economic,social,cultural,ecological and other aspects and achieve coordinated development.At present,China is in the decisive period of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the two centenary goals.Therefore,it is particularly important to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,optimize the allocation of resources and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.In shandong province as the research object,according to the theory of dual structure and urban-rural integration theory as a guide,combining the actual development situation of urban and rural areas in shandong province,collect statistical yearbook data,through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in shandong province with the method of principal component analysis(pca)and cluster analysis level of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas of 2003-2017,quantitative research,using ArcGIS software mapping within the regional difference in shandong province,and the evolution process of visual expression,analyses the differences of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in the study area and time and space characteristics.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First in the understanding of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in shandong province on the premise of background and research significance,on the basis of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas of theory and the status of the domestic and foreign research progress,and work out a plan for study of this article,the selection of research and analysis method,to determine the technical route,clear research innovation point,the main measure of selecting two principal component analysis(pca)and cluster analysis method.On the basis of summing up the physical and geographical conditions of shandong province,this paper puts forward the principles of constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in the research area,the basis of selecting the index and the method of determining the index weight.In this paper,a total of 15 indicators are selected,which are divided into five aspects: the level of coordinated development of urban and rural economy,the level of coordinated development of urban and rural living,the level of coordinated development of urban and rural population,the level of coordinated development of urban and rural society,and the level of coordinated development of urban and rural ecology.Secondly,it evaluates and analyzes the level of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in shandong province,calculates the comprehensive score of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in shandong province from 2003 to 2017 on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index system,and analyzes the evolution characteristics of the level of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in time and space dimensions according to the score.The results show that :(1)the level of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in shandong province increased year by year from 2003 to 2017;(2)the development level of each city shows a rising trend of fluctuation,among which dezhou city and jining city show a good development trend,while Tai’an City shows a slightly slow development process;(3)the spatial difference between urban and rural coordinated development in shandong province shows the characteristics of polarization,central cluster and north-south difference.Cluster analysis was used to classify the comprehensive scores,and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in each city was divided into five types: excellent coordination,good coordination,general coordination,mild dysregulation and moderate dysregulation.Based on the regression model,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in shandong province.In addition,institutional factors,policy preferences and traditional concepts also have a profound impact on the process of coordinated development.Finally,in order to optimize the path of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in shandong province,combining the current situation and characteristics of coordinated development between urban and rural areas in shandong province,the following Suggestions are put forward: We will promote reform of the household registration system and lower the threshold for urban household registration.We will increase efforts to balance urban and rural development and promote the integration of urban and rural development.Emancipate the mind,change the concept,promote the traditional rural development;Strengthen environmental protection and build harmonious livable cities;We will promote new technologies in both urban and rural areas to increase the driving force for rural development.
