| With the development of economy, broaden the channels of employment, more andmore women join in the workforce.Under limited time and energy, the career women who isshouldering the dual role tend to cause work-family conflict and form the dual role stress, andthey face great pressure in the work, if they can not get the effective social support, femaleworkers tend to produce a series of negative effects on the body, mind and behavior, and formthe job burnout. For the research on work stress and job burnout, both at home and abroad have madecertain achievements, but in the previous studies, there are confusing problems of work stressand job burnout, and lead to the difference between the different research results. Research onwork stress and job burnout is mostly focused on teachers, nurses and other helpful industries, and the researches which use the career women as the specific objects is still less. For theinfluence of professional women’s work stress on job burnout, as well as put work-familyconflict and social support which is used as intermediate variables into the model, there is stilla little systematic study. This study is based on the domestic and foreign research results, uses the different typesof professional women who is working in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Changchun, Harbinas research samples, and mainly adopt questionnaire survey method to study the abovequestions. This research mainly divided into five stages: First, read related literature at homeand abroad extensively, and carry on the theoretical studies, construct the model of workstress, job burnout and intermediate variables, and make relevant assumptions; Second, selectthe mature weight tables of work stress, job burnout, work-family conflict and social supportwhich are widely used at home and abroad, questionnaire survey is conducted for careerwomen, collect data, and to test reliability and validity of scale, and prepare for thesubsequent empirical research. Third, use single factor variance analysis to test whether or notthere is significant difference on career women’s work stress, job burnout, work-familyconflict and social support for demographic variables, and at the same time, use SPSS17.0toconduct the correlation analysis between each variable. Fourth, use SPSS17.0and Amos17.0to further verify the effect of job stress on job burnout, and conduct hierarchical regression toanalyze the moderating effect of social support, and use the structural equation to study themediating effect of work-family conflict. Fifth, Conclusion and suggestion.Through empirical research, theoretical hypotheses which are proposed in this studyhave been supported, and based on the conclusion; we provide the effective suggestion inorder to relieve career women’s work pressure and job burnout. There are still someshortcomings in this article; I strive for continuous improvement in the future study. |
