Study On The Countermeasures For The Development Of Bulk Commodity Trade In Zhejiang Free Trade Zone

The Zhejiang Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone)is located in Zhoushan and has a very good geographical position.Zhoushan is located at the mouth of the Yangtze River and the Pacific Ocean in the east,and is backed by the developed areas of the Yangtze River Delta,the unique island location advantages and excellent basic conditions such as deep water and good port make it have the inherent advantages of developing bulk commodity trade.Developing commodity trade is the main task of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone.The liberalization of bulk commodity trade is an important strategic orientation of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone.The development of bulk commodity trade in the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone provides resources for the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta region and even the country.The article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,expounding the research background and research significance,combing the literature review of domestic and foreign research,summarizing the research methods and innovations and inadequacies of this paper.The second chapter studies related concepts and theoretical foundations,including the concept of free trade pilot zone,the concept of commodity and the concept of commodity trade,as well as industrial theory,international trade theory and regional economic theory.The third chapter outlines the basis of the development of bulk commodity trade in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone from the aspects of location advantage,business environment,industrial advantage,hinterland resource advantage and policy support.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of bulk commodity trade in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone from the status quo of the development of various commodity trades in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone and the status quo of the auxiliary system of bulk commodity trade.The fifth chapter summarizes the main problems in the development of bulk commodity trade in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone,that is,the industrial clustering effect of bulk commodities is not strong,the commodity trading platform is still in the growth stage,the logistics system of physical delivery needs to be improved,and the commodities still need to be improved.The trade supporting services and customs clearance supervision process are complicated and the reasons are analyzed.The sixth chapter discusses the successful experience and enlightenment of the development of commodity trade in the free trade zone at home and abroad.On the basis of the above,the seventh chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of bulk commodity trade in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone,namely,strengthen the industrial agglomeration effect,build a smart trade platform,improve the logistics system of physical delivery,improve the supporting services of bulk commodities,and further optimize the free trade zone.Clear customs environment,improve relevant laws and regulations and attract outstanding talents.
