In recent years,under the influence of the international financial crisis,China's steel industry has slowed down its development rate,and its market demand has decreased.The development of China's economy and steel enterprises has been hindered and restricted.In order to meet the challenges,the steel industry needs to establish a comprehensive and integrated strategy.The cost management application based on the value chain can reduce the direct and indirect costs of the enterprise,help the company to implement the differentiated strategy of products and services,and obtain competition through optimizing cost management.Advantages,adapt to the changing competitive environment,quickly enter the market with low-cost strategy,and clarify the direction of the company's development.This paper systematically learns and understands theoretical knowledge and cost management methods related to value chain cost management.By analyzing the cost management methods of Xin Peng Yuan Company,the cost of procurement and production links,and the allocation of indirect costs,the company's various value activities and their interrelationships are studied from the internal and external value chains,and the status of cost management is proposed.The existing problems are traced to the source and analyze the process of realizing value creation.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures for the problems in the cost management of Xin Peng Yuan Company are proposed: optimizing internal processes,deepening external customer relationships,establishing a safeguard system,etc.,and ultimately improving the core competitiveness of the company.Value chain cost management mainly analyzes the company's overall value chain from both internal and external aspects.This paper studies the cost management of Xin Peng Yuan Company by studying the operation management and customer management process of Xin Peng Yuan Company and the process of enterprise value creation.It is conducive to enhance its competitiveness and consolidate its market position.On the other hand,it has research and reference significance for similar enterprises.
