An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Synergy In Think Tank Alliance

In the current environment of cross-integration of politics,economy,culture,ecology and many other aspects,it is difficult for a single think tank to meet the needs of social development.As a new form of knowledge cooperation between think tanks,think tank alliance emerges as the times require,and it is gradually accepted by academia attention.The think tank alliance brings together multiple forces,based on the needs of the government and enterprises,and provides scientific decision support and policy advice based on social hotspots and difficult issues.Essentially,think tank alliance is a form of knowledge collaboration among think tanks.Due to the particularity and complexity of think tank alliances,the knowledge reserves and structures among different members are different.How to integrate knowledge resources uniformly and make full use of each the advantages and knowledge of members to carry out knowledge synergy and innovation,and improve the synergy efficiency of think tank alliance has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the concept of system integration,collaborative innovation and stakeholder thinking,this paper expounds the understanding of the knowledge synergy concept of think tank alliance,and divides the influencing factors of think tank alliance knowledge collaboration into collaborative subject,knowledge characteristics,external environment and collaborative process.In this respect,the hypothetical models of trust factors,communication skills,synergy ability,knowledge implicitness,cultural factors,incentive mechanism,technical support,collaborative will,and synergy are proposed.Using the questionnaire survey method to conduct in-depth research,the following research results: the original hypothesis model communication ability,synergy ability,cultural factors,technical support,synergy willingness,synergy mode,six elements and the think tank alliance knowledge synergy effect has a significant positive correlation,There is a significant negative correlation between the knowledge implicitness and the knowledge synergy effect of the think tank alliance.The positive correlation between the trust factor and the incentive mechanism and the knowledge synergy effect of the think tank alliance is not obvious.In order to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between think tanks,to make them play a good service function,to provide the government and society with the most optimal decision-making,based on the results of empirical analysis,aim at the four aspects of synergy subject,knowledge characteristics,external environment and collaborative process.Suggestions for improving the synergy effect of the think tank alliance knowledge are proposed respectively.
